Four

I had the crazy idea to get some pictures of all four boys....it seems that there is always one who won't cooperate.

New Hobby

We just put the boys in Taekwondo for the summer and it is quickly becoming their favorite sport ever!  Some friends of ours were raving about the positive changes in their sons' behavior due to the class and teacher, so we thought we would check it out.  Looks like we may be doing this for a long time.  I hope I don't regret it because Oliver as started attempting the moves too!

Field Day 2011

We're in our last week of school....can't believe we made it through another entire year!  Today we had our 1st annual Field Day for our homeschool co-op.  The kids had a blast and it was fun for the parents too!
Amazingly the boy second from the left is not ours, just looks a lot like our boys!

New Furniture!

We have been talking about getting patio furniture for YEARS....literally.  We finally got a set and tested it out this weekend.  I imagine many marshmallow and hotdog roasts happening around this table.  I am taking bets on how soon it gets damaged by my kids....

Bennett's Baptism

I am so happy that Bennett was baptized this weekend!  We were blessed to have my mom, stepdad, brother, sister-in-law, nephew and my cousin visiting for the occasion.  The house was full and sleeping arrangments were a bit tricky ,but it was worth it!  I always have a sense of relief after my babies are baptized.  Here are some pictures from the event.

A pretty typical family picture, I've got my eyes closed and Henry is being silly!

It has begun....

I have been dreading this for awhile, but here we are.  Oliver is 2 now and with that comes serious potty training.  I really don't feel up to it, because as all moms know, potty training is as much training the parents as it is the kids.  I am not ready to have to ask him every 5 minutes "do you have to potty?" or worry about finding a bathroom at a restaurant, or store or on a long car ride.  Oliver thinks sitting on the potty is a joke as you can see below.

Back on the field

Our weeknights and Saturdays have been filled with baseball and will be for another month.  Henry is getting much better and really seems to like it.
