Vacation!

We just got back from our yearly trip to Michigan for the 4th of July.  It was fun, as always, but harder this time because of the little boys (no childproofing and no sleep!)  My mom's house gets smaller everytime we go!

 The boys went to the shooting range with Grandpa...definitely the highlight of the trip for them!

 

 I shot a gun for the first time.  Thomas kept saying I looked like Sarah Palin!

We took a day trip to Green Bay and visited the "Our Lady of Good Help Shrine"

 

 And..Lambeau Field!  So sad that the lockout kept us from watching practice.

 We also fit in a quick trip to Bay Beach in the afternoon.  What a great family place, cheap and fun!

 

 

Deja Vous

Does anyone see any similarities here?  I tell people all the time that Oliver and Bennett are like Joseph and Henry round 2.  They are similar in age like the first two are, not to mention that Joseph and Oliver look alike and Henry and Bennett do!  Sometimes I feel like I am back in time 6 years!

Summer is turning out to not be as relaxing as I had hoped.  Between karate class, t-ball, trying to get to the pool, family visiting and appointments it seems every week is filling up.  Thankfully, t-ball is over for the season.  Henry did so well this year.  I think if they had given out a most-improved he would have won it.  He is already talking about next year.... we are ready for a break.  Getting four kids to the ballpark twice a week is hard work!

 

 

Busy Weekend

What a whirlwind this weekend was....in-laws visiting, t-ball game, Henry's 6th birthday and Joseph's First Communion.  Here are some pictures from all of the events!

Wow, I can't believe that my Joseph made his First Communion today!  It brought tears to my eyes when he received.  It was a wonderful day and it meant so much to him.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6 years of Henry

What a blessing Henry Patrick has been to us.  He is a caring, sweet, shy boy who has brought so much joy to our family.  We love you Henry!
